We are so excited to have been invited by Portland Parks and Recreation to come and play at a few of their 2012 Summer Free for All programs as part of our Summer of Fun 2012. Come and join the fun this Friday (August 9th) starting at 6:30 pm in St. John’s Park.
Come and play with us for some pre-movie fun with our friend Kelly of KC Puppetree to make recycled bug puppets! Learn how to make simple recycled puppets that you can take home and hopefully get inspired to make more! There will also be KC Puppetree’s fabulous tub-o-puppets. Discover various styles of easy home-made puppets and bring them to life. – we’ll be making animal masks and toys. We will also have our goofy props for you to come get a photo taken in our photo booth! Just look for the big rainbow umbrella!
Here’s a bit about the movie which will start at dark:
The story revolves around The Muppets reuniting after a huge falling out to save The Muppet Studios in Hollywood. They have to put on a show inthe Muppet Theater and get 10 million viewers to save the Studios from an evil Texas oil tycoon.
