We had such fun at the Ecotrust Sundown Concert on July 26th! These great free outdoor concerts took place every Thursday evening in July at the Natural Capital Center, a hub for ideas and urban community. The concerts featured a roster of outstanding local performers and weekly themes that spoke to living deliberately in our region. An inspiring list of businesses and non-profits partnered with Ecotust, hosting interactive and educational booths at the Innovation Showcase during each concert.
This last Thursday we set up our big rainbow umbrella with a fun backdrop and all kinds of props – including goofy glasses, hats, wings, and more! We also made animal masks with our friends from Children’s Healing Arts Project (CHAP)!
We invited all the wonderful families who came by to join us under the umbrella for some goofy fun – then we took some pictures. We are not professionals at this – so it really was just for fun! The kids really enjoyed dressing up and getting goofy – and everyone had a blast at this event that mixed local music with green innovation!
For those who came and played with us – thank you! Below are most of the images we captured in our “Photo Fun Booth”. If there’s an image that you’d like a high resolution copy sent to you, please email tabitha at pdxkidscalendar.com.
