Kid corner, complete with a huge box of toys and kid-sized table and chairs. Plus my personal favorite Sellwood coffee shop – the small-batch coffee is delicious and so are the scones.

Family-friendly ramen place – have chopsticks for kids and menu options that are kid-friendly. No “kid menu” but some good options.  Lots of families dining there. Quick service.

Healthy options like milk and apple slices and yogurt smoothies, and fun programs with local favorites like Mudeye Puppets

Café au Play, 5633 SE Division 
Kid-friendly space with toys, comfy seating, and regular kid-friendly entertainment. Yummy coffee and other treats.

Cha! Cha! Cha!, 3433 SE Hawthorne and 1605 SE Bybee
Lots of options the kids can get behind, plus margaritas for the folks if it’s been one of those days.

Compote, 2032 SE Clinton (right by Zenana Spa)
Play area in the back and lovely patio area.  Minimal but healthy kid-friendly options.

A down-home restaurant in the Montavilla neighborhood that specializes in Farm-to-Table cuisine and provides it in a comfortable, lively, family-friendly environment. Rumor says that kids eat free on Sundays but we don’t have confirmation.
