1 Serenity Pedicure + 1 free movement class ($70 value)
The Serenity includes all the wonderful components of a nourishing pedicure plus a sugar scrub and masque treatment using Éminence Organic Skin Care of Hungary to revive and replenish your skin. Your legs will be wrapped in hot towels to stimulate blood flow while your hands are massaged.
1 60 minute Nurturing Massage + 1 free movement class ($95 value)
The Nurturing Massage promotes general relaxation, relieves tension, soothes sore muscles and improves circulation. Zenana’s massage therapists provide relaxing, therapeutic bodywork using a variety of techniques to address your specific needs.
1 60 minute Flourish Facial + 1 free movement class ($95 value)
The Flourish Facial addresses your basic skin care concerns, with cleansing, exfoliation, extractions as necessary, and a moisturizer, and includes a masque or treatment and massage techniques designed to relax and rejuvenate. This experience is completed with a light mineral cosmetic application, upon request.

Prenatal Yoga ~ Be nurtured during your pregnancy with this gentle and relaxing class. Whether you are an experienced yogi or brand new to yoga, this class is a great way to build and maintain the flexibility and strength you and your baby deserve. Come together with fellow expecting mamas and discover postures to prepare and support your body, and mediation and breathing techniques to enhance your spirit. Current classes on Wednesdays at 5:30pm and Sundays at 9:30am
Yoga for Everyone ~ Slow down things down and focus on gaining strength and flexibility in Yoga for Everyone. This specially-designed class offers strength-building postures and restorative techniques that support injuries, pregnancy and the basic need to relax, energize and recharge. Everyone from beginners to seasoned yogis are welcome! Current classes on Mondays at 5:30pm
Pilates for Everyone ~ Tone and strengthen your body with this mat Pilates class. Designed to focus on breath work, spinal and pelvic alignment, core muscle group stabilization and better access to your energy center – your core! All levels welcome. Current classes on Thursdays at 5:30pm
