Children’s Discovery Carnival – Saturday, September 22, 1pm-4pm @ Lents Park (SE 92nd Ave & Holgate Blvd).
Come explore Johnson Creek through a series of hands-on educational craft activities designed for children 12 and under at Lents Park (near the playground) from 1pm – 4pm on Saturday, September 22. Event also includes music by the Alphabeticians from 1pm-2pm, snacks from Umpqua Bank, games and displays by the City of Portland, Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, Crystal Springs Partnership and many more!

This event is part of Johnson Creek Days, a series of free community events during the month of September meant to raise watershed awareness. Through recreational and educational events organized by the Johnson Creek Watershed Council, community members will learn to explore, enjoy, and care for Johnson Creek and its surrounding watershed.
