Hanukkah comes early this year, beginning the night before Thanksgiving and running through Dec. 5. Here you’ll find a few of the festive events planned around town to celebrate. How do YOU spell Hanukkah?
Hanukkah Festivities at Director Park. Join Chabad Oregon for a Hanukkah party Nov. 27 in downtown Portland’s Director Park. The fun starts at 4:30 pm with children’s activities, music, food, and a “can-enorah.” (Help build a giant menorah from canned goods, which will be donated to local food banks.)
